Single Family Properties
I have a lot of experience when it comes to single family properties - whether you are looking to sell, buy or rent. Single families are not always detached dwellings - sometimes they are actually attached, such as a rowhouse. Also, just because a property is detached, it does not necessarily mean the property is a true single family. Sometimes, detached properties are part of a home owner's association (aka HOA), which means there are shared common spaces which could include common amenities such as a gym or club house or some parts of the land. So it's really critical whether you are selling or buying or renting that you understand what you are truly dealing with. If you'd like to see some recent single family sales I was involved in, you can see those HERE.
