Selling a development opportunity in Spring Hill 

A significant chunk of the multifamily housing stock in Spring Hill is likely not to be sold to developers but instead is likely to be sold to owner-occupants or strict buy-and-hold investors. However, there is a small chunk of multi-families which have an opportunity to be sold to developers. In Spring Hill, most typically, if you have a larger multi-family (think a 4-6+ unit property), there is a better chance that you could sell that property to a developer who could make some updates to your property and ultimately condo-ize them out.
