Condos

Condos can be a great option for those on a tighter budget looking for more bang for your buck OR for those buyers looking for a more hands-off experience where most things are taken care of for you. A condo typically means that you own the interior walls of the unit, but there are shared/common areas that are split between multiple owners. Condos can come in all kinds of flavors, from small 2-families that were converted into two units to large complexes with 100 or more units and a gym, pool, security and much more.
