Buying a single family in Winter Hill

They usually have two or three bedrooms, and they tend to land in the $800,000 to $1 million range. That price range will vary depending on the size, condition, and the particular street of the home.
The second bucket is going to be your larger homes. These tend to fall into one of two categories:
The developer flip (typically a gut renovation)
Some beautiful older Victorian single families (often times in good condition with period details maintained)
I've seen a handful of Victorians in Winter Hill over the years with beautiful high ceilings, ornate fireplaces, original hardwood floors, stained glass, etc. Either way, whether it's a flip or an original Victorian, you're usually looking at 2,500 to 3,500 square feet of living area, 4-6 bedrooms, and a price point of somewhere in the $1.7M to $2.2M range.
