If you're looking to buy a condo in Somerville and you're on a bit of a tighter budget, or you're the type of person that wants a great bang for your buck, Winter Hill may be the place for you. You can get:

• One beds as low as $500k -$600k range

• Two beds generally start at $600k and can go into the $800k range depending on size, layout and finishes

• Occasionally you can even get a three bed in the $800k range, which is basically unheard of in most other areas within Somerville

• Sometimes you can even get four beds for as low as around $1.1 million, where other parts of Somerville often you'll see four beds starting at about $1.5 million
