Buying a condo in Ten Hills

If you're hoping to buy a condo in Ten Hills, you're basically limited to two different flavors:

Buying a townhouse in the Short Drive Townhouse Condominium Complex, which is made up of 24 townhouses. All of which I believe are two bed, one and a half bath units with about 1,200 square feet of living area and typically come with one assigned off-street parking spot. They tend to land somewhere between the mid $600s to low $800k range depending on the condition of the units.

Flavor 2 is going to be a luxury condo - these are almost always 2-family homes that were converted into two condos, most typically basement and first floor as a unit and second plus third floor as the other unit. Generally the second and third floor units go for more than the basement and first floor units. 

These luxury Ten Hills condos start on the lower end at about 1,800 square feet for a 3-bedroom, 2-bath, and often sell for around $1M-$1.2M range. They can go up to very large, 2,400 sqft, 4-bed/3-bath units that tend to range between $1.3M-$1.5M as of this writing.
