Buying a condo in Spring Hill 

There are quite a few condos in the Spring Hill area of Somerville and there's a lot of different flavors of condos depending on what you're looking for. 

If you're looking for a two-bed generally I find these start at the mid $600s and can go all the way up to about a million dollars for a really nice two-bed one-bath condo. On the low end, these units will be more investor grade finishes and tighter space of 800 to 900 square feet  and may not have off-street parking or laundry in-unit. At the million dollar price point, 2-beds generally will have central AC, one or multiple parking spots, outdoor space, and higher end finishes when it comes to kitchens and bathrooms.

Three beds generally start at the $1.1 million price point. Generally I find three and four beds in Spring Hill land somewhere in the $1.2M to $1.7M range depending on the size, finishes and amenities. As you get to the $1.5M+ range, you're generally looking at high-end gut renovations with well north of 2,000 square feet and most amenities like laundry in-unit, central a/c, and off-street parking will be included. 

Occasionally, you will see condos north of $2M, call it $2M to $2.3M price range. Generally at this price point you are going to see extremely large condos that live almost like single families, with 2,800+ square feet of living space, multiple levels, high end finishes throughout, and generally in brand new condition.
